Curriculy helps you analyze your resume against an opportunity, prepare a revised version and create supporting materials such as a cover letter and interview suggestions. The service uses artificial intelligence based on the information you provide.

The service is operated by Ricardo dos Santos Morais, an individual responsible for Curriculy and decisions about personal data. The official website is www.curriculy.com.br. For privacy and rights requests, contact privacidade@curriculy.com.br.

At this stage, the service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Before your first analysis and registration, you declare that you meet this requirement, accept the Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. This declaration is not proof of age.

Provide accurate information, protect your login methods and do not use someone else’s account. Email confirmation and Google sign-in do not replace acceptance of these documents.

Suggestions may contain errors, omissions, inaccurate translations or interpretations. Check names, contacts, roles, employers, dates, skills and all content before sharing your materials. You can edit the wording to represent your experience.

The fit estimate compares your resume with available job information. It is not an official ATS score, a hiring prediction or a guarantee of an interview, approval or employment. Curriculy does not make hiring decisions.

Job descriptions and links come from external sources. Review imported text before analysis and check whether the opportunity is still available. Without job details, guidance may use general role references and be less specific.

You can start an analysis without an account. The temporary preview is available for up to 24 hours. To keep materials in your private history, sign in or create your account and complete saving.

Your history is associated with your account and follows the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights through the privacy contact, including when you cannot sign in.

You retain the rights you hold in your documents. Curriculy uses the content needed to deliver the features you request, without transferring ownership. This use follows the purposes and grounds described in the Privacy Policy.

Curriculy does not use resumes for sale, targeted advertising, recruiters or training its own AI. Processing by providers follows the conditions described in the Privacy Policy; this is not a universal guarantee about every supplier.

Only submit information you may legitimately use. Avoid unnecessary identity documents and third-party data. Submitting a resume is not general consent to process sensitive data. AI results may resemble those produced for others; exclusivity is not promised.

Do not use the service for fraud, falsification, infringement, access to other accounts’ data or actions that compromise platform security or availability.

Core features and downloads advertised as free do not require payment. Operational protections may limit abuse and simultaneous requests. Maintenance, outages and external failures may affect the service. Continuous availability is not promised.

Future changes to commercial terms will be explained before any purchase. These Terms do not authorize automatic charges or purchases on your behalf.

You can delete analyses or request account deletion through available controls and the privacy contact. Review the consequences before confirming and keep any materials you want to retain. Requesting a data copy is not a condition for deleting your account.

The operational commitment is to delete covered data from active systems within up to 30 days, subject to necessary identity checks and legally justified exceptions. Backups follow a separate cycle. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Access may be suspended when needed to protect accounts and data or address use incompatible with these Terms. Where feasible and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge it.

Limitations of AI suggestions do not remove Curriculy’s legal obligations or applicable consumer rights. These Terms follow Brazilian law, preserving mandatory rules and applicable user rights, including those concerning the competent court.
