How to save your LinkedIn profile as a PDF

Look for the option on desktop

Open LinkedIn in a browser and sign in. The export described in LinkedIn Help is in the profile introduction and is unavailable in the mobile app. Button names may vary.

  1. Open Me, then View profile.
  2. Look for More or Resources in the introduction.
  3. If available, choose Save to PDF and save the file on your device.
  4. Open the PDF and check the text before uploading it.

If Save to PDF is missing

Use a PDF or Word resume, or copy your headline, About and experience into the tool. Copying sections is also a practical mobile option. You do not need to make your profile public, share a password or provide cookies.

Official help describes availability and language restrictions, including English profiles. Do not change the language of your professional presentation just to use Curriculy: a resume or pasted sections also work. Consult LinkedIn Help if you want to investigate availability for your account.

Check what the file includes

An export may leave out parts of the profile. Receiving experience text does not establish that a photo, banner, recommendations or every skill was included. Copy any relevant missing section separately.

In Curriculy, check the extracted text before analysis. A resume alone produces a proposed LinkedIn presentation; it does not establish that your published profile was examined. You choose what to apply and review the facts before copying.
