Answer three questions
What do you do or study? In which contexts have you contributed? What activities would you like to develop? These questions give the introduction structure without requiring a vacancy or target role.
Choose a voice that sounds natural. Direct first-person sentences can make your involvement and context clear. Replace unsupported adjectives with examples: organization is easier to understand when you describe work you organized.
Move from adjectives to concrete work
Synthetic example: the person supported customer service and recorded recurring questions. The wording assumes no leadership, revenue growth or unsupported metric.
Allow for early careers and transitions
Academic projects, volunteer work and personal initiatives can belong in About when their context is identified. They do not have to resemble employment to matter. For a transition, explain what you bring from earlier work and what you are still developing.
After drafting, remove repetition and check every claim against your experience. Confirm dates, results and tools. AI can help organize text, but does not establish the facts or know the history you have not provided. Read the draft aloud before copying, and change anything that does not sound like you.
