Explain action, context and involvement
An experience entry is easier to understand when it explains what you did, where and with what involvement. Distinguish delivery, support, coordination and decisions. Being on a team does not establish leadership of the whole project.
Keep roles and dates accurate. Use past tense or clear experience wording for ended jobs. Identify academic, volunteer and personal work in the text and appropriate section.
Evidence does not always need a number
A missing percentage is no reason to invent one. A concrete deliverable, an organized process or support for an activity can be described precisely. State what happened without turning intention into a demonstrated outcome.
Links must match published work
A portfolio or repository does not prove that all described work is available there. Connect a project to a link only when publication is established. Lack of confirmation does not mean other work is absent; it means the relationship needs checking.
Before applying edits, check company names, confidentiality and authorship. If your resume and profile show different dates, confirm the fact instead of choosing one source automatically. You can continue reviewing the rest while leaving that point pending, without guessing the missing detail.
